Still Desert

Daniel Elias Galicia’s book of poems, Still Desert, involves themes of immigration, racism, finding home, and resilience. He wanted a cover to be minimal but tactile. He was drawn to the artwork of Eric Manuel Santoscoy and Eric graciously let us use his artwork for the cover.

We explored a few different concepts, but ultimately landed on a cover that felt equally peaceful, serene, bold and infinite.
